You have been invited by your organization to participate in the Skills for Success: Validation Study research project.

• To participate in the project research, a project consent form and survey must be completed. These will be provided by your Facilitator.
• Once you have signed the consent form and completed the survey, your Facilitator will schedule your evaluation session.
• Your Facilitator will inform you on how to prepare, and when your evaluation session will be.
• The evaluation will take up to 3 hours to complete.
• The evaluation will help inform you on your skills in reading, writing, and numeracy. Once the evaluation is completed, your Facilitator will share your results with you.
• By participating in the project, you will contribute valuable data to national research.
